Text Extract utilizes optical character recognition (OCR) to accurately extract text so that it can be copied into an editable format. In some workflows, outside documentation is received and scanned into the patient record. With Text Extract, that documentation can be translated into editable text - rather than manually re-typing or dictating.
Never re-type a scanned report again
Fusion Narrate lets you simply capture the text you wish to extract from a scanned or non-editable document with a snippet tool. This text is either saved to the clipboard to be pasted within a free-text field or entered directly within the free-text field, depending on user preference.
